Our engineering
department has the
latest CAD equipment to
assist with your part
design and to minimize
mold design time and

In our in-house mold
shop we have CNC RAM EDM
with 16-position tool
changer and a
multipurpose Machining
Center. To keep tooling
time and cost to a
minimum, both of these
machines are designed
for 24 hours a day
operation. Combined with
these state-of-the-art
in-house tool-building
systems, Botsu also has
partnerships with many
toolmakers. We work
closely with our
customers to choose the
best of these choices
for each project.
Once your parts are
ready for production,
Botsu has 20 presses
ranging from 60-ton to
1,300-ton capacity to
produce your parts in a
timely and cost
effective manner using
the most appropriate
injection-molding
machine. Botsus
equipment includes two
rotary station vertical
molding machines that
are particularly
suitable for
insert-molded
components.
